Not all characters are canon so here is how my Hizashi is as a person and about him in general.
When Hizashi was born it took him awhile to make a noise but once he opened his mouth his quirk took control right away and made his own parents deaf. While Hizashi was growing up he learned sign language in order to communicate with his parents.
Doesn't really socialize much with females, always outgoing with other men specially with his highschool crush Aizawa.
After Mic graduated UA he became the school Dj as well as class 1-A's English teacher. When Mic was younger he always had a dream to have his own radio station as well as being a host of it. He managed to accomplish that dream and now works as a radio host for a late night job.
